Who Lied to You?

Who Lied to You?

Last week I wrote about limiting beliefs and how important it is to let them go!

If you are feeling unwell physically or emotionally take a few minutes to sit down and answer these questions:

  • Who told you stories about yourself that were untrue? Your mum? Your dad? Your teacher? A member of the clergy? A friend?
  • Pick one
  • Ask yourself: is this really true?
  • Feel the emotions attached to that answer: sadness, fear, shame?
  • Tap and let them go. Forgive they were doing their best also.
  • Then turn the story around; find a friendly voice to tell you the opposite: it could be a good friend, a kind aunt, an angel.

That voice in your head has to be nurturing for you to feel good.
Remember who you are:
“I am a holy child of God, eternally innocent, as good as anyone else sharing in the limitless power of God.”
Marianne Williamson

You will find yourself blooming and changing and healing.
Stand strong against that old nasty voice.
You cannot afford to live from that false and limited identity.

I am wonderful
I am creative
I am strong and healthy
I am kind and patient
I am loving and I am loved
I always do my best

Complete the list with as many  you want!! 100 is a good number

Practice all week and feel the joy that comes from the truth of who you are!

Much Love

Lise
