- where forgiveness is your way of dealing with life
- where joy and peace fill your heart

Fill your mind with positive and uplifting thoughts and the world you see will be gorgeous!
In the morning before you start your day take a few minutes to
- Connect with your Higher Self( Prayer, meditation, reading)
- Acknowledge your emotions( I write them down)
- Tap on all and let them go
- Write at least 10 statements that start with “I love..”
Here are some examples:
- I love how this day enfolds beautifully
- I love how I create beauty and joy in my life
- I love how I love everyone I meet
- I love how good I am at forgiving
- I love myself and I am loved
