Say yes to:
- Eating plenty of veggies, plant based food often
- Drinking water
- Exercising regularly, cardio, strength and flexibility
- Sleeping well
- Resting when needed
- Keeping your emotions balanced
There is one more thing that I think tops it all!
Keeping your heart open!
There you are having a chat with a neighbor and he says something you don’t like. Your heart closes. You start judging that person in your mind. You start feeling angry or anxious. Notice energy dipping.
You have 2 choices:
1. You feel justified and you keep it up in your mind and blame the weather for your lack of energy
2. You keep your heart open and keep that energy shining all day
HOW?
- Find something nice to think about this person.
- Decide life is too short to live from melodrama to melodrama and you let it go!( You can imagine tapping it away)
- That your energy is worth saving for more fun activities!
